- Pack and Ship: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and ship it to the address we provide. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or if the item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
