Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, include all included documentation, and ship it to the address we provide. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or if the item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and approve your return:
